摘要
随着机械行业高新技术的迅猛发展,对轴承产品的性能要求越来越高,因此对轴承的性能、寿命和可靠性的跑合试验是装机前必不可少的。文章从实际需求出发,设计了多套轴承疲劳寿命跑合试验设备,通过电缸对轴承内圈轴向加载,并通过电主轴驱动轴承模拟轴承实际工况的方式进行试验,该设备的研制可以大大提高轴承疲劳寿命检测效率,降低实机跑合成本。
With the rapid development of high and new technology in the machinery industry, the performance requirements of bearing products are getting higher and higher, so the running-in test of bearing performance, life and reliability is essential before installation. In this paper, based on the actual demand, several sets of bearing fatigue life running-in test equipment are designed, which are loaded on the inner ring of the bearing through the cylinder, and the bearing is driven by the motorized spindle to simulate the actual working condition of the bearing. The development of this equipment can greatly improve the detection efficiency of bearing fatigue life and reduce the running-in cost of real machine.
