链条锅炉烟气的选择性非催化还原脱硝工艺改造

摘要 锅炉烟气中包含了大量的NOx物质,是大气污染的重要成因。在节能减排的大背景下,实现工业生产锅炉改造升级,确保其满足超低排放标准意义重大。文章以双钱集团链条锅炉烟气脱硝项目为例,在阐述链条锅炉使用现状的基础上,对应用CFD技术的喷枪选择和脱硝模拟过程进行分析,并指出脱硝工艺的改造策略和效果。通过选择性非催化还原脱硝工艺的应用,在保证链条锅炉烟气高效处理的同时,推动节能减排工作进一步发展。 Boiler flue gas contains a large number of NOx substances, which is an important cause of air pollution. In the context of energy saving and emission reduction, it is of great significance to realize the transformation and upgrading of industrial production boilers to ensure that they meet the ultra-low emission standards. Taking the flue gas denitrification project of the chain boiler of Shuangqian Group as an example, on the basis of expounding the present situation of the use of the chain boiler, this paper analyzes the spray gun selection and denitrification simulation process using CFD technology, and points out the transformation strategy and effect of the denitrification process. Through the application of selective non-catalytic reduction denitrification process, it can ensure the efficient treatment of chain boiler flue gas and promote the further development of energy saving and emission reduction.
