RAMS在产业化过程中的应用实践

文章从RAMS的角度对轨道交通信号产品的产业化设计、工艺、生产过程进行了详细剖析,将产品的可靠性、可用性、可维护性和安全性目标分解到了每一个螺钉的安装、每一根布线、每一枚端子的压接等细节工作中,为产业化项目如何开展RAMS工作提供了思路。

In this paper, the industrialization design, technology and production process of rail transit signal products are analyzed in detail from the point of view of RAMS. The objectives of reliability, availability, maintainability and security of the product are put into the installation of each screw, the wiring of each line, the crimping of each terminal and other details, which provides an idea for the industrialization project as to how to carry out RAMS work.
