摘要
运用SPSS19.0软件,采用单因子方差分析、聚类分析以及主成分分析对舟山、汕头、北海3个不同地理群体共108尾少鳞鱚样本的38个(可量性状33个、可数性状5个)外部形态的测量数据进行了比较研究。分析结果表明不同少鳞鱚群体外部形态上既存在相似性又存在一定差异,主成分分析和聚类分析结果显示,汕头和北海群体少鳞鱚亲缘关系较接近,而舟山群体少鳞鱚与前两者分化程度较高,推测可能与其分别处于不同海区,自然环境差异及台湾海峡的阻隔效应,干扰了群体间正常的基因交流有关。
The one-way analysis of variance, clustering analysis and principal component analysis were used by SPSS19.0 software to analyze 38 morphological characteristics(33 measurable characteristics and 5 countable characteristics) of 108 Sillago japonica individuals from three different geographical populations (Zhoushan, Shantou and Beihai). Analysis results showed that there were both similarities and differences existing in different S. japonica populations. Principal component analysis and clustering analysis revealed that samples from Shantou and Beihai populations had close relationships with each other, while specimens in Zhoushan population expressed in higher differentiation with the former two. It was speculated that the natural environment difference and the blocking effect of the Taiwan Strait on gene exchange were responsiblbe for the morpholical varation among S. japonica populations.
