摘要
对弹鼓中进弹导引构件的关键尺寸进行分析计算,利用ADAMS/View建立进弹导引结构参数化模型,使用设计变量进行参数化分析,得到设计变量合理取值后,通过Insight进行优化计算,设计进弹导引结构。结果表明:在方案设计阶段,参数化分析与优化可以快速有效进行参数的选取,使结构满足要求。
This paper studied the method of establishing parameterized model of projectile guidance of an ammunition drum by ADAMS.The design variables were used for parameterized analysis.After getting the reasonable value of the design variables,insight was used to optimize the calculation.On the basis,the scheme design of projectile guidance was carried out.The results show that the parametric analysis and optimization method can quickly and effectively select the parameters in the design stage,so that the component meets the requirements,which is of great significance to the design.
