摘要
在对比分析多种评估方法的基础上,提出一种基于飞行试验的无人机任务效能评估方法,利用真实飞行数据评估系统效能。首先设计基于飞行试验的效能评估总方案和评估流程,并提出了多任务空间的任务想定设计方法,然后在OODA环路下根据作战活动-能力映射关系构建效能评估指标体系,依据数据特征和作战要求对于定量和定性的飞行试验结果数据进行归一化处理,最后根据指标体系聚合后得到总的效能评估结果。在单侦察设备工作和多侦察设备协同工作的2种察打任务想定下进行试飞验证,结果显示多侦察设备协同后再打击的任务效能更优,证明可以采用飞行试验的方式评估系统效能。
Based on the comparative analysis of various evaluation methods,an evaluation method of UAV based on flight test was proposed,and the flight test data was used to evaluate system’s operational effectiveness.The overall scheme and process of evaluation method based on flight test was designed,and a method of task scenarios design based on multi-task space was proposed.Then,under the OODA loop,the evaluation index system was constructed based on the activity to capability mapping relationship.The data of quantitative and qualitative flight test results were normalized according to their characteristics and operational requirements.The effectiveness evaluation results was aggregated through the index system.An example flight test was used to illustrated this method,one time,single reconnaissance equipment worked,and another time,multiple reconnaissance equipment worked.The results show that the operational effectiveness of second time is better.It has proved that flight test can be used to evaluate the operation effectiveness.
