基于直觉模糊集和VIKOR法的多目标威胁评估

Multi-Target Threat Assessment Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set and VIKOR

提出一种直觉模糊理论与多准则优化妥协决策(VIKOR)法相结合的威胁评估模型,模型综合考虑专家权重和位置权重,运用直觉模糊混合加权集结算子对数据进行集结,进而求解最终权重,能够降低指标的模糊性和专家的决策偏差对权重的影响;以某一次作战演习态势为背景,将定性指标的属性值转化为直觉模糊集,构造出混合决策矩阵,引入VIKOR法对多个目标进行威胁评估和敏感性分析,并与TOPSIS法结果对比,说明了VIKOR法的合理性和良好的军事应用价值。

A threat assessment model combining intuitionistic fuzzy theory and multi-criteria optimization compromise decision-making(VIKOR)was proposed.The model considered the expert weight and position weight comprehensively,and used the intuitionistic fuzzy mixed weight operator to settle the data for solving the final weight.This can reduce the ambiguity of the index and the influence of the expert’s decision bias on the weight.Based on the situation of a certain combat exercise,the attribute values of qualitative indicators were transformed into intuitionistic fuzzy set,and a hybrid decision matrix was constructed.The VIKOR method was used to conduct threat assessment and sensitivity analysis on multiple targets,and compared with the results of TOPSIS method,which shows the rationality of the VIKOR method and good military application value.
