摘要 以变速箱箱体有限元初步分析为基础,确定测点位置和传感器布线方向,采用台架试验,利用雨流计数获取箱体结构的载荷边界条件和强度约束条件,建立了结构优化模型,实现了箱体的减重设计。所制定的载荷边界获取方法以及考虑寿命的结构强度约束方法,为复杂结构件的减重设计提供了标准的流程和方法,适用于复杂结构件的优化设计。 Based on the preliminary finite element analysis of the housing,the location of the measuring points and the direction of the strain gauge were determined.The load boundary conditions and strength constraints of the housing structure were obtained by the bench test,and the structural optimization model was established.The weight reduction design of the housing was realized.The load boundary acquisition method and the structural strength constraints method considering the service life developed in this paper provide a standard process and method for the weight reduction design of complex structural parts,and are suitable for the optimization design of complex structural parts.
