摘要 为了有效解决船舶通过桥梁时,可能撞击桥墩这一问题,运用激光雷达作为检测通航船舶工具,通过成像分析、船舶航行轨迹计算,对可能发生撞击桥墩的船舶,采用ASI、喇叭、灯光预警方式通知,使船舶改变航向,避免撞击事故发生。为了使激光雷达和各种预警设备互联互通、协同工作,提出了以互联网技术、计算计技术为基础,建立基于激光雷达技术的桥梁防撞预警系统,为避免船舶撞击桥墩问题提供可行有效的解决方案。 In order to effectively solve accidents when ships navigate through bridges,this paper used lidar as a tool to detect navigable ships.Through imaging analysis and ship trajectory calculation,ASI,horn and light warning were used to notify ships that may impact piers,so that ships can change their course and avoid collision accidents.In order to make lidar and all kinds of early warning equipment interconnect and work together,this paper proposed to establish a bridge anti-collision early warning system based on lidar technology on the basis of Internet technology and calculating technology,so as to provide feasible and effective solutions for avoiding ship’s collision with pier.
