摘要
通过分析石化企业安全培训项目评价中现存的问题,建立模糊综合评价模型。基于安全培训项目的全过程构建评价指标体系,包括5个一级指标和15个二级指标;利用熵权法和AHP法计算指标权重,实现赋权过程中主客观方法的有机结合。应用该模型对石化企业某安全培训项目进行评价,结果为“中”,深入分析评价结果,可发现好的做法和存在的不足,对安全培训工作的改进具有实际意义。
A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established by analyzing the existing problems in safety training evaluation in petrochemical enterprises. The evaluation index system including 5 first-level indexes and 15 second-level indexes was constructed. The combined index weights were calculated by using entropy weight method and AHP method. The constructed model was applied to evaluate the safety-training project for the enterprise and got a “medium” result. And the good practices and existing deficiencies can be obtained through further in-depth analysis of the evaluation results. This model has practical significance for the improvement of safety training.
