粤东西北地区科技创新驱动发展研究

Research on the Science and Technology Innovation in the East, West and North Area of Guangdong Province

广东作为全国创新驱动发展的排头兵,要做到创新驱动全面推进,使科技与经济社会发展深度融合,离不开区域的协调发展,粤东西北地区的发展也尤为重要。笔者有侧重性地围绕科技扶贫、人才引进、科技成果转化等方面展开了对粤东西北地区科技创新所面临瓶颈的研究,并从深化产学研合作助力脱贫、建立科技特派员有效监督和考评机制等方面提出相应的改进策略,以期对创新驱动发展带来积极影响。

As the vanguard of national innovation-driven development, Guangdong is inseparable from the coordinated development of regions, especially in the east, west and north area, if it wants to achieve the innovation-driven development of the whole province and the deep integration of science and technology with economic and social development. This paper studies the bottleneck of scientific and technological innovation in the east, west and north area of Guangdong Province, focusing on the aspects of poverty alleviation through science and technology, talent introduction, transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Then the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward from the aspects of deepening industry-university-research cooperation to get out of poverty and establishing an effective supervision and evaluation mechanism for science and technology commissioners, hoping to bring positive influence to innovation-driven development.
