摘要
针对采用逻辑控制单元SS4改电力机车主断路器控制电路设计缺陷,从提高机车运用可靠性入手,提出控制电路改进设计方案,包括对主断分合控制电路进行改造,对LCU内部主断路器分断、闭合逻辑控制程序、LCU内部牵引电机接触器的逻辑控制程序以及LCU内部“预备完成”逻辑控制程序进行改进。
According to the design defect of SS4 modified electric locomotive main circuit breaker using logic control unit, this paper puts forward the improved design scheme starting from the improvement of locomotive control circuit reliability, including the improvement of main circuit breaker control circuit, LCU internal main circuit breaker breaking, closed logic control program, logic control program of traction motor and so on.
