摘要
对FXD1型电力机车司机室侧墙上梁在生产过程中出现的质量问题进行了全面分析,提出解决构件扭曲变形、上挠度及曲率变大等质量问题的方案,有效控制了构件的焊接变形,解决了试制中遇到的技术瓶颈。
This paper analyzes the quality problem of the side wall beam in the cab of FXD1 electric locomotive, and puts forward the solutions to the problems of deformed member, increased upper deflection and curvature. The welding deformation of components is effectively controlled and the technical bottleneck in the trial-production is solved.
