摘要
适应产业转型升级,建设高水平专业群,是当前高职院校尤其是优质高职院校建设的重要任务之一。专业建设需要创新机制、多方参与、协同共建。在分析当前高职专业建设面临机遇与挑战的基础上,提出了高水平专业群建设的方法与路径,即准确把握高水平的内涵特征,对接产业发展与创新需求,深化产教融合校企合作,探索专业建设新机制、新模式,使专业与产业、行业、企业形成合力,促进专业集群内涵式发展。并以宜宾职业技术学院为例,介绍了学院紧密对接地方产业发展需求,依托高职集团搭建的多方合作平台,建立校企“双主体”二级学院,共同着力专业建设,强化从顶层设计到具体操作的专业建设经验与做法,可供兄弟院校借鉴。
To adapt to the industrial transformation and upgrading, the construction of high-level professional clusters is one of the important tasks of higher vocational colleges, especially high quality vocational colleges. High-level professional clusters construction needs innovative mechanism, multi-participation and collaborative construction. Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by the professional clusters in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the methods and paths for the construction of high-level professional clusters, including accurately grasping the connotation and characteristics of high level, meeting the needs of industrial development and innovation, deepening the integration of industry and education to explore new mechanism and model of professional cluster construction, so as to form a synergy between specialty and industry and enterprise, and promote the connotative development of professional clusters. Taking Yibin Vocational and Technical College as an example, it introduces the establishment of cooperation platform for professional clusters, and the construction experience and practice from top-level design to specific operation, which can be used for reference by other colleges.
