氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压患者的疗效及对血压、血脂的影响

Therapeutic effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet on hypertensive patients and its influence on blood pressure and blood lipids

目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压患者的疗效。方法:选择我院收治的高血压患者112例,被随机均分为氨氯地平组(使用氨氯地平治疗)和氨氯地平阿托伐他汀组(使用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗),治疗8周后,对比两组患者疗效及不良反应发生率,治疗前后血压,血脂变化。结果:治疗后,两组血压、血脂(除高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇显著升高外)水平均较治疗前显著降低,P<0.05或<0.01;且与氨氯地平组比较,氨氯地平阿托伐他汀组总有效率(62.5%比96.4%)显著提高(P=0.001),不良反应发生率(28.5%比3.5%)显著降低(P=0.003);血压[(147.5±10.1)/(90.7±8.2)mmHg比(133.2±9.4)/(86.9±8.2)mmHg]、血总胆固醇[(5.7±1.3)mmol/L比(5.2±0.8)mmol/L]、甘油三酯[(2.5±1.2)mmol/L比(1.9±0.5)mmol/L]和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇[(4.1±0.7)mmol/L比(3.1±0.6)mmol/L]水平均显著下降(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片可显著改善高血压患者血压、血脂水平,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet on hypertensive patients. Methods:A total of 112 hypertensive patients treated in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into amlodipine group (received amlodipine 5mg/d) and amlodipine atorvastatin group (received amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet 15mg/d), both groups were treated for eight weeks. Therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions, blood pressure and blood lipids before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with before treatment, there were significant reduction in levels of blood pressure and blood lipids (except significant rise in HDL-C level) in two groups after treatment, P <0.05 or <0.01;compared with amlodipine group, there was significant rise in total effective rate (62.5% vs. 96.4%, P =0.001), and significant reduction in incidence rate of adverse reactions (28.5% vs. 3.5%), P =0.003;significant reductions in levels of blood pressure [(147.5±10.1)/(90.7±8.2) mmHg vs.(133.2±9.4)/(86.9±8.2) mmHg], total cholesterol [(5.7±1.3) mmol/L vs.(5.2±0.8) mmol/L], triglyceride [(2.5±1.2) mmol/L vs.(1.9±0.5) mmol/L]and low density lipoprotein cholesterol [(4.1±0.7) mmol/L vs.(3.1±0.6) mmol/L]in amlodipine atorvastatin group, P <0.05 or <0.01. Conclusion:Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet can significantly improve blood pressure and blood lipids with few adverse reactions in hypertensive patients, which is worth extending.
