摘要
通过螺栓螺纹简化建模和添加预紧力单元实现了接触网定位线夹组合体的强度模拟计算和数据分析,得出了螺栓预紧力矩是引起定位线夹破坏的主因,并建议在有关标准中将螺栓预紧力矩限制在25 N·m以下。
The strength simulation and data analysis are made for realization of OCS steady clamp combination by simplified modeling of bolt and nut and adding pre-tension element, and the conclusion is obtained that the pre-tension torque for bolt and nut is the main causes to induce the damage of steady clamp, and it is proposed that the specification on limitation of pre-tension torque for bolts being lower than 25 N m shall be stipulated into the relative standard.
