摘要
阐述了一种地铁接触线磨耗动态检测方法,采用2路线阵相机拍摄接触线磨耗截面,通过软件系统整理分析计算磨耗数据。该装置经线上实测并与人工检测数据对比验证,数据采集精度较高,实现了快速自动检测的目标。
The paper illustrates a type of dynamic inspection method for wear of subway contact wire, by adopting two sets of line scan digital cameras to shoot the cross section area of worn contact wire and by application of software system to sort, analyze and calculate the data of contact wire wear. The online test of the device has been made and the collected data shows higher accuracy after comparison with the data obtained by manual inspection, and is able to realize the target of rapid automatic inspection.
