摘要
采用过量浸渍法制备活性炭负载Fe催化剂(Fe/AC),并以电镀废水作为处理对象考察了H2O2投加量、pH值以及反应时间等因素对异相Fenton反应的影响,同时在优化条件下开展了连续异相Fenton试验。结果表明,催化剂活性组分为α-Fe2O3、负载量为13.3%;优化后的反应条件为:pH值为3.0,反应时间为1.0h,H2O2(30%)投加量为500mg/L。在此优化条件下,Fenton反应对电镀废水中的CODCr具有明显的去除效果,H2O2的利用率在27%~62%之间波动,催化剂可在一定时期内维持其催化稳定性。
Using excessive impregnation method to prepare activated carbon loaded Fe catalyst(Fe/AC), and taking electroplating wastewater as treatment object, the effect of H2O2 dosage, pH value, reaction time and some other factors on the efficiency of heterogeneous Fenton reaction were investigated, moreover, continuous heterogeneous Fenton experiment was carried out under the optimal condition. The results showed that, under the condition that the active components of the catalyst was α-Fe2O3, the capacity was 13.3%, the optimized pH value was 3.0, the reaction time was 1.0 h, the dosage of H2O2(30%) was 500 mg/L, the CODCr in electroplating wastewater was effectively be removed by Fenton reaction, the utilization rate of H2O2 was 27%- 62%;the catalytical stability of the said catalyst could be maintained at certain period of time.
