摘要
为寻求某化工园区事故污水的预处理工艺技术,对事故污水来源及水质特征分析,通过对比CODCr去除率、m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)等指标考察混凝沉淀技术、Fenton氧化技术及电解催化氧化技术对该园区事故污水预处理的效果。试验结果表明,Fenton氧化对CODCr的去除率在35%~45%,m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)由0.18~0.22提高到0.25左右;电解催化氧化对CODCr去除率约40%~60%,m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)由0.20~0.23提高到0.35~0.40。Fenton氧化产生大量的铁泥危废,会增加额外处理成本,而电解催化氧化处理过程中无二次污染。Fenton氧化和电解催化氧化工艺对事故污水处理效果都较好,相比较电解催化氧化工艺更优。
In order to seek a pretreatment technology of accidental sewage in a chemical industrial park, the source and quality characteristics of the said sewage were analyzed. The effect of coagulation sedimentation, Fenton oxidation and electrocatalytic oxidation technology on the accidental sewage pretreatment were investigated through comparing CODCr removal rate, m(BOD)/m(CODCr) value and some other indicators. The test results showed that, through Fenton oxidation, the removal rate of CODCr was 35%- 45%, the m(BOD)/m(CODCr) value was increased from 0.18 - 0.22 to 0.25;through electrocatalytic oxidation, the removal rate of CODCr was 40%- 60%, the m(BOD)/m(CODCr) value was increased from 0.20 - 0.23 to 0.35 - 0.40. Fenton oxidation produced a large amount of hazardous iron sludge waste, which would increase the additional cost, while there was no secondary pollution during the process of electrocatalytic oxidation. Both Fenton oxidation and electrocatalytic oxidation processes had good effects on accidental sewage treatment, and the latter was better than the former.
