载脂蛋白A1和载脂蛋白B与颈动脉-股动脉脉搏波传导速度相关性的研究

The study of the correlation between apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B and carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity

目的:探索北京市西部地区居民住院和门诊人群的载脂蛋白与动脉硬化的相关性。方法:选择2013年1月~2017年12月本科室门诊和住院患者,按照入选和排除标准最终纳入258例样本进行分析,数据资料来源真实、可靠。统计学采用独立样本t检验和相关性分析的方法,并通过控制混杂因素,利用载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)对动脉硬化的预测值分别绘制ROC曲线。结果:相关性分析显示:ApoB(P=0.007,相关系数:-0.203)与颈动脉-股动脉脉搏波传导速度(CF-PWV)之间存在显著相关性。无冠心病人群中ApoA1和ApoB对动脉硬化具有很强的诊断价值。结论:本研究无冠心病人群中,ApoB与CF-PWV存在显著的负相关性。ApoA1和ApoB对动脉硬化具有诊断价值。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the association between lipoprotein and arteriosclerosis in hospitalized and outpatient populations in western Beijing. Methods: The patients who were enrolled in the outpatient department and hospitalization from January 2013 to December 2017 were included in the 258 samples according to strict enrollment and exclusion criteria. The data were true and reliable. Statistically, an independent sample t-test and correlation analysis method were used, and the ROC curve was plotted using the predicted values of apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B for arteriosclerosis by controlling confounding factors. Results: Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between apolipoprotein B (P = 0.007, correlation coefficient:-0.203) and carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity. Apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B have a strong diagnostic value for arteriosclerosis in patients without coronary heart disease. Conclusion: 1). There is a significant negative correlation between apolipoprotein B and carotid-pulse wave velocity in the unconflicted patients in this study;2). Apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B have diagnostic value for arteriosclerosis.
