摘要
为进一步分析重要建筑物和关键设备的潜在风险,对中东某油田进行火灾爆炸风险分析。以假定条件为计算基础,对厂区进行区域划分,对厂区内所有处理危害介质的设施进行了分析和计算。频率分析以UKHSE碳氢化合物泄漏数据库为基础,后果分析参考API581—2008《基于风险的检测技术》中的事故树应用PHAST软件计算。最终得出厂区内的关键建筑物和处理设施所处于的火灾热辐射和爆炸超压值的风险范围,并且通过风险分析给出了降低风险的建议。
In order to analysis the potential risk of important structures and key equipments, the fire and explosion risk of an oilfield in the Middle East were analyzed. Taking assumption as the calculation basis, the area of the plant was divided and all the harmful medium-treating facilities in the plant were analyzed and calculated. The frequency analysis was based on UK HSE hydrocarbon leakage database, and the consequence analysis was calculated by PHAST software using accident tree in API 581-2008 Risk-based Inspection. Finally, the risk ranges of fire thermal radiation and explosion overpressure of key buildings and treatment facilities in the plant were obtained, and suggestions for risk reduction were given through risk analysis.
