摘要
为解决锅炉排污水排放带来的热量和水资源浪费,环境污染等问题,某工厂对锅炉排污水系统进行改造,首先采用低温锅炉补水通过换热器依次对高温排污水和泄压蒸汽进行余热回收后,再通过凝水回收装置对降温后的排污水和蒸汽凝水进行水资源回收。工程运行结果表明,该改造成功实现了余热和水资源的回收,投资回收期约为3年。
In order to solve the problems of heat and water resources waste and environment pollution caused by boiler sewage discharge, boiler drainage system of a plant was reconstructed. Firstly, the feed water of low-temperature boiler was used to recover the waste heat of high-temperature sewage and pressure-relief steam through heat exchanger in turn, and then the cooling sewage and the steam condensate were recovered by condensate recovery device. The project operation results showed that, the reconstruction has successfully realized the recovery of waste heat and water resources, and the investment payoff period was about 3 years.
