精准光联合异维A酸治疗酒糟鼻的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Precise Light combined with Isotretinoin in the treatment of Rosacea

目的:观察精准光(DPL)联合异维A酸治疗酒糟鼻的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年10月至2018年3月于我院门诊就诊的90例酒糟鼻患者为对象,采用简单随机法将其均分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对照组给予异维A酸治疗,观察组给予DPL联合异维A酸治疗,比较两组治疗后患者的临床疗效、皮损积分及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组的红斑积分、丘疹积分和脓疱积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率为88.89%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总不良反应率为6.67%,显著低对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论:DPL联合异维A酸治疗酒糟鼻的临床疗效显著,能够降低患者临床症状,且安全性较高,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of precise light (DPL) combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of rosacea. Methods:90 patients with rosacea in the outpatient clinic from October 2015 to March 2018 were enrolled, They were divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45) by simple random method.The control group was treated with isotretinoin, the observation group was treated with DPL combined with isotretinoin. The clinical efficacy, lesion score and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the erythema score, papule score and pustule score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 88.89%, significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%)(P<0.05). The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group after treatment was 6.67%, significantly lower than that in the control group (22.22%,(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of DPL combined with isotretinoin in the treatment of rosacea is significant, which can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, and it is safer and worthy of further clinical promotion.
