摘要
某磁铁矿选厂尾矿中含低品位镜铁矿,采用SSS-I高梯度磁选机作为粗选设备预先选除大量的尾矿,获得的粗精矿进行粗细分级,细粒级粗精矿采用SSS-I高梯度磁选机精选,磁性物即为镜铁矿,非磁性物和粗粒级粗精矿采用摇床回收镜铁矿的工艺。在给矿TFe品位为8.20%(其中镜铁矿Fe含量1.88%)的条件下,最终可取得品位为61.06%、回收率为20.48%的铁精矿,其中镜铁矿的回收率可达89.24%。
Low grade specularite was contained in tailings of a magnetite plant., the SSS-I high-gradient magnetic separator was adopted as the primary equipment to throw away a large amount of tailings in advance. Classifying the obtained primary concentrated into coarse and fine fraction, followed by the separation of grain size treated by SSS-I high-gradient magnetic separator to enrich the magnetics considered as specularite, while the non-magnetic material and coarse-grained level was treated by the shaking table to recover the specularite. Under the condition of run-of-mine with 8.20% TFe grade(of which 1.88 % content of specularite), 61.06% iron concentrate grade and 20.48% recovery are finally obtained, of which the recovery rate of specularite can reach 89.24 %.
