矿产资源是国家经济发展的重要支撑,我国正处在高速发展中,是一个能源消耗大国,随着社会的日益发展和进步对矿产资源的需求量不断增加,对于矿产资源的开采量和使用量不断扩大,使得现在的资源产量和设备技术在满足社会供需方面的压力越来越大。如何最高效率地使用现有矿山机械设备,节约生产成本,提高生产效率,是目前所有矿山企业共同面对的问题。矿用自卸车是在露天矿山为完成岩石土方剥离与矿石运输任务而使用的一种重型自卸车,由于运行环境恶劣,出现问题的概率比较高,这些故障不仅影响日常的生产,有些还会威胁到生产人员及设备的安全。文章通过对矿用自卸车的使用及维护的探讨,以期降低矿用自卸车的故障率,提高矿用自卸车的使用效率。

Mineral resources are an important support for national economic development. China is a great energy-consuming country in a high-speed development. With the increasing development and progress of the society, the demand for mineral resources is increasing, and the exploitation and usage of mineral resources are expanding, which makes the pressure of resource output and equipment technology to meet the demand and supply of society more and more seriously. How to use the existing mining machinery and equipment at the highest efficiency, save production cost and improve production efficiency is a common problem faced by all mining enterprises. Mining dump truck is a kind of heavy dump truck used in open-pit mine to accomplish the task of rock and earth stripping and ore transportation. Because of the harsh operation environment, the probability of problems is relatively high. These faults not only affect the daily production, but also threaten the safety of production personnel and equipment. This paper discusses the usage and maintenance of mining dump truck in order to reduce the failure rate of mining dump truck and improve the use efficiency of mining dump truck.
