从职教体系构建视角看职业教育本科发展

On the Development of Vocational Undergraduate Education from the Construction of Vocational Education System

通过对我国职业教育本科发展现状及窘境和职业教育本科在职教体系中地位作用的分析,提出了发展本科职业教育,要遵循教育规律,切合经济社会发展的实际需求,坚持宏观规划与政策引导相结合,坚持以地方普通本科高校转轨为主、以部分优质高职院校升格为辅的协调统筹推进机制,坚持"六个不变,六个提高"的工作思路,创新推进优质高职院校升格发展,有效破解职教体系建设中本科职业教育发展的瓶颈问题。

By analyzing the present situation and dilemma of the undergraduate development of Chinese vocational education and the role of vocational education undergraduate in vocational education system, it puts forward strategies to develop undergraduate vocational education. It should follow the educational laws, satisfy the practical requirements of economic and social development, combine the macro planning and policy, adhere to the coordinated promotion mechanism, which focuses on the transition of local undergraduate universities assisted by upgrading some excellent higher vocational colleges, adhere to the working thought of six invariants and six improvements, promote the development of excellent higher vocational colleges, and effectively break through the bottleneck of undergraduate vocational education development in the construction of vocational education system.
