高职教育与区域产业结构的适切性研究——以大连市为例

Research on the Appropriateness of Higher Vocational Education and Regional Industrial Structure

以大连市为例,梳理历年来大连市产业结构及就业结构变化情况,选取计划招生数、招生专业数、专业布点数等数据作为高职教育发展结构指标,建立相似性系数、偏离度指数及综合评价指数模型,分析大连高职教育水平与区域产业结构的适切程度。结果表明,大连高职教育水平与本地区产业结构的变化存在一定的差距和偏离度,应结合本地区经济发展及产业结构特点,切实制定相应的政策,在专业设置、专业布点布局及招生数量等方面优化高职教育结构,使其与地区经济发展更加匹配。

It analyzes the changes in industrial structure and employment structure in Dalian, selects planned enrollment and the number of enrollment majors, and major distribution points as the index of higher vocational education development structure, establishes the similarity coefficient, deviation index and comprehensive evaluation index model, and analyzes the appropriateness of higher vocational level and regional industrial structure. The results show that certain gap and deviation exist in the higher vocational level and the changes in industrial structure. It should formulate corresponding strategies according to the features of the economic development and industrial structure in the region, and optimize the structure of higher vocational education in major setting, major distribution layout and enrollment to match the economic development in the region.
