关于构建学生双员制管理体系的探索与实践

摘要 详细分析了学生职业化教育建设性的意义,构建高职学生双员制管理体系的必要性;设计双员制"模拟项目部"的培养思路、能保证学生在校期间能接触并了解企业的日常管理思路,接收企业管理的内容,让学生在校就能体会到企业的氛围,有助于未来适应职业发展的需要。同时提出了几点有助于高职院校学生职业化教育建设的策略。 This paper analyzes in detail the constructive significance of vocational education, and the necessity of constructing the management system of double-membership system for higher vocational students. It expounds the idea of designing double-membership simulation program department, which ensures students can contact and understand the daily management of enterprises, and receive the content of enterprise management. Experiencing the atmosphere of enterprises will help students to meet the needs of career development in the future. It also proposes several strategies to construct vocational education for higher vocational students.
