黄山南铜镍矿采矿方法优化选择及应用 被引量:5

摘要 黄山南铜镍矿原采用自然崩落采矿法回采,采矿损失贫化大,技术经济指标差,需进行采矿方法优化选择。根据矿山开采技术条件,初步选择了可能适合黄山南铜镍矿的采矿方法,通过技术经济比较,推荐采用大直径深孔阶段空场胶结充填采矿法进行回采。现场工业应用取得了较好的技术经济指标:采场生产能力400t/d,采矿损失率12.5%,矿石贫化率9.5%,采矿直接成本29.90元/t,充填成本20.28元/t。研究成果对同类型矿山采矿方法选择具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 The previously used natural caving mining method in Huangshannan Copper-Nickel Mine has high mi-ning loss and dilution rates and poor technical and economic index,so the optimized selection of mining method is carried out.Based on the technical and economic comparison,it is recommended to use big diameter long-hole bench open stope and cemented backfill mining method.Industrial application has achieved good technical and economic index: stope production capacity 400 t/d,mining loss rate 12.5 %,ore dilution rate 9.5 %,direct mining cost 29.90 yuan/t, backfill cost 20.28 yuan/t.The research achievements have reference and guiding significance for the same type mines when mining method is selected.
