Review on Indoor Coverage Solution in 5G Network

首先分析了利用室外宏站覆盖室内方案需考虑的相关因素,并根据链路预算给出了不同覆盖要求下的站间距。其次分析了已有的皮站方案和室内分布系统解决方案如何支持5G网络,给出网络改造的实践经验。最后介绍了新型数字化室分系统的网络架构和组网优势,以及满足未来5G网络室内覆盖需求配套升级措施。

Firstly, the related factors of indoor coverage by using outdoor macro base station that should be taken into consideration are analyzed, and the distance between sites under different coverage requirements are presented based on link budget. Then, the method to support 5G network by using existing pico site and indoor distributed system is analyzed, and the practical experience of network reform is presented. Finally, the network architecture and networking advantages of new digital indoor distribution system are expounded to satisfy the indoor coverage requirements and corresponding update measure for 5G network in the future.
