Bayesian Test for Lifetime Performance Index of Exponential Distribution under Symmetric Entropy Loss Function

在产品的质量特性值服从指数分布条件下,用过程能力指数评估产品的寿命性能,建立了对称熵损失函数下指数分布寿命性能指数的贝叶斯检验方法,给出寿命性能指数CL的最大似然估计及贝叶斯估计,提出一种新的方法对CL进行检验,并通过一个应用实例说明该方法的有效性.

Estimate the lifetime performance index of exponential distribution. A Bayesian test procedure is established under symmetric entropy loss function. Firstly, Bayesian estimation of life performance index is obtained, and then a Bayesian test procedure for lifetime performance index is proposed. Finally, an applied example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed test method.
