草酸二苯酯的合成

摘要 以草酰氯、苯酚为原料,先苯酚和氢氧化钠作用得到苯酚钠,再将苯酚钠与草酰氯作用,两步合成草酸二苯酯.探讨了溶剂、溶剂用量、反应物物质的量的比、反应温度、溶液的pH等因素对苯酚钠与草酰氯反应的影响.通过正交实验,得出较佳的实验条件是:m丙酮∶m苯酚钠为10;n苯酚钠∶n草酰氯为2.2;反应温度为20℃;溶液pH=10.在此条件下产品的收率可达91%以上,纯度达98%以上. The oxalic acid two benzyl esterwas produced in two steps using phenol and oxalyl chloride as raw materials. The first step was to prepare sodium phenate with phenol and sodium hydroxide, and the second step was toproduce oxalic acid two benzyl esterby sodiumphenate and oxalyl chloride. The effects, such as solvents, solvent dosage, molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and the pH of solution on the reaction of sodium phenatewith oxalylchloride, were discussed. The orthogonal experiment showed that the yield and the purity of the product was higher than 91% and 98%, respectively, under the optimum conditions that msolvents: msodium phenate was 10;nsodium phenate: noxalyl chloride was 2.2;reaction temperature was 20 degrees;the pH of solution was 10.
