粮食安全问题与对策研究

Study on Food Security Problems and Countermeasures

近年来,我国人口数量不断增加,对粮食的需求量也在不断上涨。为了保障粮食安全,本文对我国粮食安全的现状进行分析,对粮食的生产、流通、存储环节存在的问题进行了论述,指出了我国当前粮食产业存在的不足,提出了提升生产质量、强化流通过程监督力度、使用新型存储方式的方法,旨在解决我国当前粮食安全系数低的问题。相关部门应当提升自身的责任意识,保障粮食安全,提高人民的生活水平。

In recent years, the population base of China has been increasing, and the demand for grain has been rising. In this context, in order to guarantee the food security of people, this paper analyzes the present situation of food security in China. From the three links of grain production, circulation, storage problems are discussed, pointing out the shortcomings of the current grain industry in China. The methods of improving production quality, strengthening supervision of flow process and using new storage methods are proposed to solve the problem of low food security factor in China. Therefore, relevant departments should raise their own sense of responsibility, ensure food security and improve people’s living standards.
