摘要
银杏提取物具有良好的抑菌活性,本文概述了银杏叶提取物的主要抑菌成分,从植物病原真菌、动物常见病原细菌和牙龈卟啉单胞菌3个方面综述了银杏叶的抑菌活性研究进展,比较了不同方法制备的银杏叶提取物的抑菌效果,对银杏叶提取物的抑菌活性研究进行展望。
Ginkgo biloba extract has good antimicrobial activity. This paper summarizes the main antimicrobial components of Ginkgo biloba extract. The research progress of the antimicrobial activity of Ginkgo biloba extract was reviewed from three aspects: plant pathogenic fungi, common animal pathogenic bacteria and Porphyromonas gingivalis. The antimicrobial effects of Ginkgo biloba extract prepared by different methods were compared. The antimicrobial activity of Ginkgo biloba extract outlook.
