我国正在大力倡导科技创新发展,生物医药是科技创新最为密集的领域之一。大型仪器设备对生物医药产业科技创新发展至关重要,而生物医药企业往往面临研发费用短缺的困境。分析了天津市生物医药产业大型仪器设备开放共享工作的现状和面临的挑战,如管理机构有顾虑、生物医药专业性不够强等,并针对性地提出了相应的对策,包括搭建生物医药大型仪器设备开放共享专业平台、完善管理制度建设等。

China is vigorously advocating the development of science and technology innovation, and biomedicine is one of the most intensive areas of technological innovation. Large-scale instruments are crucial to the development of science and technology innovation in biomedical industry, and biomedicine companies often face the shortage of research and development expenses. This paper analyzes the status quo and challenges of large-scale instruments opening and sharing in biomedical industry in Tianjin, such as the unwillingness of management agencies to instruments opening and sharing and the lack of biomedical expertise. Then the corresponding countermeasures are proposed, including the establishment of professional large-scale biomedical instruments opening and sharing platforms, management system improvement and so on.
