从专利视角探讨徐州市生物医药产业创新路径

Discussion on Innovation Path of Xuzhou Biomedical Industry from Patent Perspective

生物医药产业是一个知识和技术密集的高科技型产业,其研发周期长、风险高、成本高,但也具有巨大的经济和社会效益,已成为我国的朝阳产业。从专利视角分析了徐州市生物医药产业创新成果现状,结合产业发展情况进一步研究发现,徐州市生物医药产业具有创新辖区分布较为集中、生物制品创新有待加强、研发载体较为分散、产业集聚效应弱等特点。基于徐州特色,从升环境、优布局、促创新、强载体4个层面,提出徐州市生物医药产业创新路径建议。

Biomedical industry is a high-tech industry with intensive knowledge and technology. It has a long R & D cycle, high risk and high cost, but it also has huge economic and social benefits, and has become a sunrise industry in China. From the perspective of patent, this paper analyzes the status quo of innovative achievements of biomedical industry in Xuzhou,and further studies the status quo of the industry. It is found that the biomedical industry in Xuzhou has the characteristics of centralized distribution of innovation jurisdiction, innovation of biological products needing to be strengthened, decentralized R & D carriers and weak industrial agglomeration effect. Based on the characteristics of Xuzhou, the innovation path of biomedical industry in Xuzhou is proposed from four perspectives: improving the environment, optimizing the layout, promoting innovation and strengthening the carrier.
