以唐山建龙特殊钢有限公司为例,通过确立以钢材细分品种为引领的战略,在技术开发实施、市场机会寻找和企业运营管理调整层面,进行了大量有益的尝试,在此战略引领的管理模式下,提出一系列创新思路和可行做法,使企业实力壮大进程得以加速,并取得了持续稳定发展。
Taking Tangshan Jianlong Special Steel Co., Ltd. as an example, through the establishment of a strategy based on subdivision of steel categories, a lot of beneficial attempts have been made in technology development and implementation,market opportunity search and adjustment of enterprise operation management. Under the management mode led by this strategy, a series of innovative ideas and feasible practices are proposed to accelerate the growth of the company and achieve sustained and stable development.
