摘要
本文根据高职教育教学改革的基本思想和现代人才培养的基本要求,在总结多年食品加工技术教学改革实践经验的基础上,立足新媒体,从重构课程内容、引入同步录播系统、建设数字化资源、实现开放式的实验教学、开发创客教育5个方面,对食品加工技术课程的教学改革进行了探索。
Based on the basic ideas of teaching reform in Higher Vocational Education and the basic requirements of modern talent training, and on the basis of summing up the practical experience of teaching reform in food processing technology for many years, and based on the new media, the teaching reform of food processing technology course is carried out from five aspects: reconstructing curriculum content, introducing synchronous recording and broadcasting system,constructing digital resources, opening experimental teaching and creating customer education. The leather was explored.
