摘要
为研究物料在反击式破碎机内的破碎过程,运用EDEM离散元软件,对单颗粒岩石在破碎腔内的破碎机理进行了仿真研究。结果表明:单颗粒岩石在破碎过程中存在板锤铣削破碎、板锤冲击破碎、反击板反击破碎、板锤和反击板共同作用的剪切破碎;当物料尺寸远大于板锤悬臂高度时,铣削和剪切破碎为物料的主要破碎方式;当物料尺寸接近或小于板锤悬臂高度的两倍时,物料以冲击、反击和剪切破碎为主;另外转子转速存在合理工作范围,使得破碎效率最高。
In order to study the crushing process of materials in the impact crusher, the EDEM discrete element software is used to simulate the crushing mechanism of single-grain rock in the crushing cavity. The results show that in the process of crushing single-grain rock, there are shear crushing of plate hammer milling, impact crushing of plate hammer,counterattack crushing of counterattack plate, shear crushing of plate hammer and counterattack plate. When the material size is much larger than the cantilever height of the hammer, milling and shear crushing are the main methods of material crushing. When the material size is close to or less than twice the height of the cantilever of the hammer, the main crushing methods are impact, counterattack and shear crushing;in addition, the rotor speed has a reasonable working range, which makes the crushing efficiency the highest.
