摘要
以土压平衡盾构机为研究对象,考虑到土压平衡盾构机主控室性能及其使用环境,开展了盾构机主控室安全性及舒适性研究,将人机工程学理论运用于主控室设计中,对盾构主控室总体布局及外观色彩进行优化设计,通过现场试验验证,主控室设计科学、合理、安全舒适。
Taking the earth pressure balance shield machine as the research object and considering its performance and working environment, this paper studies on the safety and comfort of the main control room in a shield machine. Applying the ergonomics theory to the design of the main control room, the overall layout and appearance of the main control room are optimized. Field test indicates that the design of the main control room is scientific, reasonable and pleasant.
