摘要 分析了某立体库项目现场的物流输送系统问题,经现场观察分析,确认问题的根本原因,提出5种可供自动化立体库参考的实用优化方法,提高了物流仓储系统的物流能力,并得到以下结论:根据现场实测结果,更有利于选择问题解决方案;通过分析关键位置的货物输送路径,可以使逻辑控制更加清晰,优化整个物流输送系统;双托盘为一组的入库任务分配机制,对双货位垛机是最优选择,但针对不同的输送系统,却不一定是最优解,只有结合实际并认真分析,才能让物流系统更优化。 The problem of logistics conveying system at a space warehouse site is analyzed. The root cause of problem is confirmed through field observation and analysis. Five practical optimization methods are proposed for the reference of other automated space warehouse, which improves the efficiency of logistics storage system. Several conclusions are got.The field test results are helpful to the choice of solutions to the problem. Analyzing the transport path of cargo at key spot not only makes the logic control clearer, but also optimizes the logistics conveying system. The mode of task assignment treating two pallets as a group is the best choice for stacker with double cargo position, but it is not necessarily the optimal solution for different conveying systems. By combining the actual situation and careful analysis, the logistics system can be optimized.
