摘要
介绍了用于智能化无人行车的传统钢卷仓库堆放方式及吊具结构,并对其利弊进行分析,同时针对传统堆放方式及吊具的不足,提出一种钢卷立体仓库堆放方案及吊具结构设计方案,并进行相应的工艺流程分析。
This paper introduces the traditional steel coil warehouse stacking method and spreader structure for intelligent unmanned vehicles, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. In order to solve the traditional stacking method and the shortage of spreader, a stacking scheme of the three-dimensional steel coil warehouse and a design scheme of the spreader structure are proposed, and the corresponding process flow analysis is carried out.
