摘要
针对液力变矩器涡轮总成滚铆贴合间隙很难满足工艺要求,以及滚铆容易引起零件变形而报废的问题,对涡轮总成滚铆工艺进行了研究,通过类比钣金工艺,得出了预倒与单角自由弯曲相似,滚铆与用压板的单角弯曲类似的结论;对叶片爪预倒和滚铆所需的预倒力和滚铆力进行了分析计算;根据涡轮总成结构和工艺要求,设计了涡轮外壳叶片爪滚铆工装,提高了涡轮外壳叶片爪滚铆的效率和合格率。
Aim at the problem that the gap of turbine assembly riveting is difficult to meet the technical requirements and scrapped due to riveting deforming. This paper researches the turbine roll riveting process. Through the analogy of the sheet metal process, it is concluded that the pre-bending is similar to the single angle free bending and the roll riveting is similar to the using clamp single angle bending in the process of sheet metal. The pre-bending force and roll riveting force required for its pre-bending and roll riveting are analyzed and calculated. According to the structure and technological requirements of turbine assembly, the roll riveting tool of the blade claw at turbine shell is designed. The efficiency and qualification rate of roll riveting the blade claw at turbine shell are improved.
