摘要
研究了用于深井钻井的大功率链条并车传动方案及关键技术。该传动方案通过设置两挡齿轮传动箱,实现泵冲的单独调节;采用与大箱体分离设置并可实现三个状态切换的翻转链条箱,解决了运输超限问题;采用传动轴轴端的自回油式润滑回路以及箱盖的密封结构,满足了环保要求。
This paper studies parallel operation transmission technology of high-power chain in deep well drilling rig. The transmission scheme realizes the separate adjustment of the pump speed by setting a two-speed transmission box. The reversible chain box, which is set separately from the large box and can realize three-state switching, is used to solve the problem of overrun transport. The self-returning lubrication circuit at the shaft end of the drive shaft and the seal structure of the box cover meet the requirements of environmental protection.
