摘要
针对管道连接零件的结构特点,详细分析了零件的技术要求、加工工艺方案及钻孔夹具设计方案,所设计的夹具结构简单、定位准确、操作方便,大大提高了零件的加工效率,保证了零件的批量化生产。
According to the structural characteristics of pipe connecting parts, the technical requirements of the parts,the determination of processing technology scheme and the design of drilling fixture are analyzed. The fixture designed has the advantages of simple structure, accurate positioning and convenient operation, which greatly improves the processing efficiency of the parts and guarantees the batch production of the parts.
