This paper developed a tensile test tool for insulator replacement fixtures, which solved the technical problem that the test tool for the replacement of the insulators could not be carried out. The practical application shows that the new special tool is easy to carry,easy to work at height, can effectively shorten the operation time and improve the safety factor of the operation, and hopes to be used for reference.
