摘要
本文以综合管廊下穿高速公路立交桥工程为例,对综合管廊穿越常见的三种施工方案-明挖顺作、管道封闭顶进、预制管廊封闭顶进进行造价分析,为综合管廊穿越的造价提供指导。本文对影响穿越方案造价的因素进行了研究,定量分析了三种方案不同长度的造价,据此提出明挖顺作方案和顶进方案的经济平衡点观点。结果表明,当穿越长度小于经济平衡点时,明挖顺作方案造价经济;当穿越长度大于经济平衡点时,顶进方案造价经济;当穿越长度等于经济平衡点时,明挖顺作方案造价与顶进方案造价相当。经济平衡点的计算可为穿越方案的选择提供指导。
Based on an utility tunnel underneath-cross highway interchange engineering case,utility tunnel underneath-cross construction costs for open excavation method,closed pipe jacking method and closed prefabricated tunnel jacking method were analyzed to provide a guideline for utility tunnel underneath-cross costing. The influence factors for tunnel underneath-cross cost for above three methods were sought out,the costs for tunnel underneath-cross with different lengths for three methods were analyzed quantitatively,and the viewpoint of economic balance point for underneath-cross scheme was found and put forward. Results indicate that open excavation method is more economic when the underneath-cross length shorter than economic balance point;and that jacking method is more economic when the underneath-cross length longer than economic balance point;open excavation method and jacking method are economically equivalent when the underneath-cross length equal to economic balance point. Calculation method of economic balance point provides a guideline for tunnel underneath-cross scheme selection.
