摘要
公司重返委内瑞拉市场后,在奥里诺科河深耕细作已有8年时间,蜿蜒狭长的奥里诺科河上面出现过我公司几乎所有的万方大耙,为在每年枯水期来往圭亚那城港口的海轮保驾护航。本文选取近年某一期工程进行分析,探讨奥里诺科河的水文特点,分析工程所处背景,面对各方对通航水深的迫切要求,结合奥里诺科河的自然条件,提出分阶段施工的方案,分阶段发布整个航道的通航水深。最终,业主接受了这一施工方案,分阶段发布通航水深,快速实现工程实施的效果,帮助国家航道局赢得了政府上级机关的认可,也为公司树立了良好的形象。
After the company returned to the Venezuelan market, it has been in the Orinoco River for 8 years. On the narrow Orinoco River, almost all of our company’s giants have appeared on the Orinoco River, to escort the sea-going vessels to and from the port of Guyana during the dry season each year. This paper selects a certain period of engineering in recent years to discuss the hydrological characteristics of the Orinoco River and analyze the background of the project. Facing the urgent requirements of the navigational depth of the parties and combining the natural conditions of the Orinoco River, this paper proposes a phased approach to publish the navigation depth of the entire channel in stages. In the end, the owner accepted the construction plan. Through releasing the navigation depth in stages,the effect of the project implementation is quickly realized, helping the National Waterway Bureau to win the approval of the government’s higher authorities and also establishing a good image for the company.
