摘要
乏燃料后处理项目工艺复杂、建设周期长,其审批流程、技术支持、施工设计以及整体的经济性都存在不确定性。本文运用风险评估的一般方法,对乏燃料后处理项目所存在的风险进行识别和分类,并针对高风险因素提出了具体的应对措施。
Spent fuel reprocessing project has complex process and long construction period, so there are uncertainties in the approval process, technical support, construction design and overall economics. This paper uses the general method of risk assessment to identify and classify the risks of spent fuel reprocessing projects, and proposes specific countermeasures for high-risk factors.
