基于非精度料架实现汽车门外板自动上件功能的研究

摘要 自工业革命之后,越来越多的人力劳动被机器所取代,制造成本也随着机器的大量运用而大大降低,如何进一步通过自动化、半自动化减轻人员操作负荷,减轻企业的人工成本,是目前制造型企业的发展趋势。如何针对老工厂客观存在的工艺复杂,工序繁琐,现场的零件种类多、数量大、形状复杂、工作空间受限、尺寸波动大等条件,针对性的提出改造方案使其符合企业的投资成本预算,实现自动化或者是半自动化改造,将会是近几年的趋势。 Since the industrial revolution, more and more human labor has been replaced by machines, and the manufacturing cost has been greatly reduced with the large-scale use of machines. How to further reduce the personnel operating load through automation and semi-automation and reduce the labor costs of enterprises is the development trend of current manufacturing companies. Based on the objective conditions of the old factory, such as, the complicated process, the cumbersome process, many types of parts, large quantities,complicated shapes, limited working space, large size fluctuations, and so on, how to propose a transformation plan in a targeted manner to meet the investment cost budget of the enterprise and achieve automation or semi-automatic transformation will be the trend in recent years.
